About Us

Initially it set out to work with individuals in Education and Public Services to support those in the fields dealing with difficult workloads and stress, as they work with the more vulnerable in society.

On moving in 2015 to south East Asia the Founder and Director discovered that businesses also had issues working with human beings and became involved in Human Resources, People Management, Organisational Psychology and Team Dynamics/ Communication. In so doing transferring all knowledge, experience and skills previously developed as a coach and trainer, teacher of teachers and manager of people into the corporate world. Using the 20 years plus of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) strategies to unleash and empower organizations, teams and individuals to reach their full potential.
