RESPONDING TO ISSUES OF POVERTY AND MIGRATION IN THAILAND
Human Trafficking is a global problem. People are being coerced into working in slave-like conditions and other forms of abuse and exploitation. CLF was formed to respond to this problem through relationally driven programs. They believe the best way to stop Human trafficking is to never let it happen in the first place. Prevention is key. The foundation employs a holistic approach led by local leaders who connect vulnerable people to education, mentorship, and jobs.
Today they have an education program that provides scholarships and mentorship for 70 students, a small business that provides employment and training to women who produce wholesome quality food, and a migrant support program that visits refugees who are in detention and connects undocumented people with resources.
Break a cycle at the source
Education creates opportunity. Opportunity creates freedom. Creative Life Foundation (CLF) is connecting nearly 70 families with scholarships and providing their children with mentorship and resources needed to succeed.
